Conductive ICF is useful for electrostatic measures and electrode protective films, achieving both corrosion resistance, low friction, prevention of solder adhesion, and high hardness along with conductivity. Additionally, the PBIP method enables film formation on various materials, and by controlling the structure of the film, hardness can be controlled over a wide range of 7 to 22 GPa, allowing for selection based on applications and substrates.
